    Valid for 12 months
    • Provides initial new resident asssessments
    • Comprehensive evaluation report
    • Advice & recommendations on moving and handling
    • Advice and recommendations on any equipment needs

  • Care Home OT - Multihome

    +£25 per site for equipment
    Allows the use of Care Home OT logo and name for advertising purposes - Full ward round per quarter at any site - Provides 5 sessions per month of following services:
    Valid for 12 months
    • Allows the use of Care Home OT logo and name for advertising
    • 1 Full ward round per quarter at any site
    • Provides 4 sessions per month of any following:
    • New Resident assessment (Limit 2 per month)
